The venues, surprisingly big and it's very nice actually, u get comfort seats too. Our original seat was quite far away cos cheapest mah~ but then maybe really not many people know about the concert.... there's quite a lot of empty seat in front and end up everyone moving to the front. My $39 seriously worth it liao hahaha~
A bit delay but here we go the concert begin.

Can't really see clearly? well there's big tv to compensate that.

Honestly speaking i do enjoy this concert a lot. The atmosphere is good, am comfortable seated, i know most of the song and can sing along and most importantly she's the singer with the voice that you would like to settle down and listen. Her music is more of the soft style with meaningful lyrics. Listen to her singing live is a whole different level of sensation compare to just listening it on headphone. She do have a rock side of her, there's a part of her playing electronic guitar solo.

don't really understand his style of music but he definitely a good singer and a good selection of artist that would make the atmosphere high~ YEAH!

March 2011, prt 2

Vanya iced chocolate and my very fancy coffee, forgot what's it's called but it's basically 2 shot of espresso with iced and shake it like cocktail to become like that, curious what is it so i order, strong coffee, bitter taste =.= ok... i think i prefer the shot in hot not cold.... complex taste when it's cold...
small little dessert that cost me $2+ ; Milk Chocolate X white chocolate mouse is v.nice, Brunetti's specialties is serving nice dessert somebody has just got a new toy for herself playing with her new toy *kaching* The outcome~ all have me inside (including been the background ehehehe)
This one's my fav. Picture taken by Polaroid is v.nice, and v look perfect hehehe~ no pimple, no spot etc macam dah photoshop The stranger sitting nxt to me have bought something (i suspect baby stuff) that come with a very cute carry bag!! so i curi-curi snap a pic, that'd the advantage of digital cam over DSLR but man i've been craving for a semi-DSLR function camera lately, my Sony a bit weird lately... something broke i think... but oh well so far still can manage with been rough with it, will back normal when i 'torture' it...
The plan for the night - concert! It's the first concert in my life. (plus a sample i got from YSL, perfume actually, dunno is it for male or female... it do smell very female to me but who know, perfume suppose to be attractive for the opposite sex right? otherwise u might end up attracting the group that u don't want (then again it's a complex world out there u might have different preference hehehe)

Ok back to the concert. It's 陈绮贞concert, i know many of you reading this would not be familiar with her, i know her song, heard it before but typical Angeline never remember people's name or the song title. Vanya asked me to go to concert with her in January when they just announce about the concert, at first i was like "who? where? when? how much?" Went i google her up as well as the detail of the concert etc, seriously no impression when i look at her picture but ohh~ cheapest ticket $39 so why not, not v.expensive for a concert~ (yesh my sense of value about $ long bye bye edi, i look at number not the currency anymore....) So i end up telling Vanya if she can get her hand on the $39 ticket i would go with her, chance to explore the inner part of the Exhibition center too.

My perfection side of me make me go do some 'homework' before i went to concert, it's really a boo if you went to concert and don't know any of the song. Youtube up and oooo i did heard her song before and quite like it so some of the nice song sank in to me pretty quickly. 陈绮贞 have a very soothing voice and i like her music (yesh she do compose and written most of her song) which is why she's been known as Sensei. Will introduce more of her song to you all in other post. Click on it if you interested :P
We walk to the Exhibition center all the way from Bourke st, Myer. Quite a long way but you won't feel it if you are walking with a friend + a heart to explore. I enjoy strolling down melbourne street, looking at all the nicely dressed OL along the way. And look we spot an unique building hehe~

One thing i love about Melbourne is the mix of modern and old in it. You get modern odd shape building and you get the historical victorian style one as well.
Very pretty and it make the whole stroll more enjoyable. Get to discover new stores and places on the way too. Finally our destination is in sight.

For this post, i would end with a
Nivea product, recommended by Vanya. According to her, it's very good for firming your fat meat on the leg. Use it by apply it and massage in onto the area of your concern which for most female, it's the thights, hips and waist. Should be seeing the result in 4 weeks, meh i forgot about it for quite few weeks so can't really comment on whether it's effective or not. (Most importantly i forgot the measurement of my starting hahaha so dunno if my fat leg got reduce few cm or not) This thing got very very strong smell, so strong it kinda killing my sense of smelling hahaha which is the reason of why i 'forgot' to use it...

Koko Black

Be would know i love Koko black :D it's one of the famous chocolate place in Melbourne. In fact i think melb have quite a few chocolatier shop around Melb. Amongst all this is one of my favourite.

Tired from all the walking + having sudden crave of afternoon tea (well actually it was dinner time hahaha 5pm~, ppl close at 6 and we come at 5, bunch of annoying customer eh hehehe~)

We order the tea set thing which include 2 chocolate drinks + 2 cakes for $21. that's the cake they offer that day, got 3, forgot what's the other one but this two is chocolate and orange. Edi order chocolate drink so i choose orange and it's good, better than that chocolate at least hahahaha drink chocolate then eat hat chocolate no taste edi =.=

March 2011 prt 1

Back Melb, my house is in a mess, macam kena burglary!! One of my housemate was having 'spring cleaning', clean clean clean and i guess he suddenly think his room is very 'empty' that he go get himself an enormous TV!! ok lah i know big tv very common but in a room! It's not the huge master room that you might have in your mind, it's just a room, fit in Queen sized bed + table for computer will be 刚刚好that kinda size!! First thing pop out my mind when i saw it is "u wanna open a cinema ah!?" That tv might have be 50" or larger!
ma room is in a mess too, i get this balloon in November last year from Chadstone VIP, super good quality, the balloon still that big after many moons.

March! it's uni time again, aiyah~ mafan~ Caulfield O'week, a MUST go for free stuff + food, some random band, meh~ music hahaha crappy equipment too, the speaker seems torn
It's said free smoothies, so we line up for it, kena 'force' to sign to support the sustainable environment thing, oh well for the sack of the smoothies and hopefully this will force monash to keep the shuttle bus free (it's sustainable transport! i shud be reward for supporting not getting charged!!)
meh, from pic u can sort of guess it's gonna be a horrible drink. The preparation to make the drink is a mess, the guy who made the drink also seems to be in a mess and my friend comment, he doesn't look passionate. Well, can't blame him cos THE GOD DARN MIXER IS GENERATED BY THAT BIKE!!! The poor dude have to cycle it to get the mixer power up. Very unique, paiseh and 不甘愿 to leave after Q for so long....

The taste? Horrible! It taste like it's going to send u sitting in your house toilet bowl for whole dau if i drank it! take a few sip, find a spot with very few or nobody pass-by, and throw it into the bin!
The banana price is sky high!! $5.98/kg was last month, now it think it's around $9sth, the highest i saw is $14-$15/kg, Gila!! 2-3 banana would easily weight 1kg edi! shipped some banana over! i wanna start selling banana! Haiz... since all those flood in Queensland and Victoria, commodities goods prices are shooting up! Some product however have insane price drop due to supermarket wars.
Starbuck, u might have heard of it or see it if u went there lately, they had change their Logo. Seriously de-evolution.... i prefer the old one lah! They change their logo to celebrate their 40th 'b'day', ugly! oh well, at least the coffee still good :D this is the place where i sampai hati spend $ on them cos regular coffee in any random cafe will easily cost as much anyway~
Walking on the street and suddenly encounter the festival. It's the Antipode Festival hosted by the greek community every year in March. Go jalan-jalan one round, too many ppl so hurry have a quick browse and move on~ dislike crowded place >_<. I think the La Dolce festival hosted by the Italian community was on the week before this. Don't read papers, so i never know when this sort of thing happen, when it happen i just sometime randomly bump into it and went gebo~ La Dolce is in Lygon hardly went there unless i want Italian food or Gelato so i never been to it, but this one i seems to be able to encounter it every year hehehe first year tak tau i thought wah why suddenly road kena block and fun fair appear out of nowhere hehehe~
For kids
ooo cute ice-cream car~ the very reason why i squeeze among the crowds hahaha i wanna get the balloon!!! My diner that night haha not greek! on my way to makan, the random very happy + high crowd was singing, dancing, cheering on the street. Dunno why but lately i often saw this in city, happy people singing, dancing and block my way =.=|| The famous Macaroon, i know this thing for very long but never buy it and give it a try, first time buying this :P from Vic mart~ Blueberry cheesecake flavor! even got a shinny cot, seriously not the normal coloring u get in a food, but taste very good! love it! now am craving for more.... darn! another fatty food add in my "i want!" list....

Finally, i think i blog about Myer renovation, now it's fully done, look v.luxury~ the Bourke st side. inside on the highest floor! 7th floor in total, huge for a departmental store. The place where i stand to take pic is an apple store :D nice view in high ground, mixture of old and new buildings
huhu, can see Taylor's college from here The old side dunno what they plan to do with it, now empty, ps that tall building that shape like a knife, the apartment i stay in during my first year of melb, my room window is facing this building and i stare at it every night :P, used to hate it cos it nvr off the light hahaha~ now am looking at it from another direction~ btw, aren't they said sth about knife shape building in feng shui have sth to do like bad for building which facing it sharp edge, sth to do with cut the luck of opponent... myer u r in danger.... or not... day day see so many ppl there kaching $_$ (many walk-by like me too hahaha) Since old myer side desserted, the sky bridge that connect it to Melbourne central become like this.... A Garden! Those plant all real! and they r baby fruit trees! nice place to lepak if u manage to snatch a good spot there.
