Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates


I actually started this game last year when Be send me my R4 card, start playing cos be said how nice how nice and hard~ (it's okay lah not that hard lah haha i think me very skilled in jumping around and chop enemies like insane)

Anyway after abandoned it for few months i forgot where i stop and what's the stories and where to go and so 'chuck' it aside and play Avalon code instead~ yesterday i picked up the game again and finally find out where i need to go hehe~ complete 3-4 chapter in 3 hours~

This game is the prequel to the original Crystal Chronicle which i never played before since i don't have that the console~ don't need to play that since the story is not really linked anyway~ it's the event that happen before mah~This one old game edi lah since the 2nd one come out edi hehe~ oh well finished this one first~ and i think me half way thru the story edi~ still don't remember much about what happen in beginnning since it was so long ago (for me) just remember the twins (main character, but only the boy is playable) father got murdered while protecting them and the sis go mute and zzz... for years and the boy practice sword and swear he would never have to bury another loved one anymore and sth like that lah, got a bit recap when the story move on.

Avalon Code (part 2)


Oh yeah, i never mention eh, after the intro of the game, that i finish this game edi, also never introduce the character much (nobody care lah i know) mah now i can do the free play, chase boy part but i get boring with it (plus don't find it romatic hahaha), the one coming confess now it's the prince (the final boss, well the evil spirit who possessed him). His confession is full of his diplomatic and somehow after u accept it a overnight peace happen -_- (as if a 2 nation at war, with one almost destroy another, can suddenly be nice to each other like nothing happen in a night -_-||)

And so i get annoyed with this diplomatic love ending go turn the machine off and reject him when i load the game again hahahaha (in real life that's so cannot happen) then i get lazy didn't stay to try get other character to confess to me again. I got one confession way early in the game, and i did accept that cos it's kinda sweet (but also happen in a flash, this game....) which got my BF suck into the book when the disaster happen and only reunited at almost the end of the game. [ if you r wondering yesh the prince come confess when "I" have a Bf edi hahahaha, this sort of game the main character (aka u) are all 'flower heart' and u get hell lot of admire confessing to u despite u edi have bf ( in reality that is so not happening)

('my' bf, his name is Anwar, same as our team rocket leader -_-, dunno why from desert mean have to have arabic name boh~)

One of the book spirit, this one is forest spirit, if u play the male character u can have her as ur potential GF, eh her english voice actor sound a bit annoying so i seldom use her as my mentor/guide

Also a spirit, ice spirit, her voice is sealed but can be release at postgame but it's not sweet at all (i mean the voice) even though she do look cool and cute.

This one is the fire spirit, meet him at the very beginning of the game, his hand, after u release the seal quite cute haha but he can be quite persistent as one of the admirer.... (i don't want fairy as my bf lah)

The prince from the enemy kingdom, easy to defeat hahaha

The childhood friend of the character. Don't like him but yeah another potential bf.

The son of your Sword master, pretty lame and useless but yeah he's another potential bf lah, he did teach u a technique call "judgement link" got many tournament later in the game for it and it's a technique u can use to toss monster up and up till them go kaboom~ (need skills for that) jewel will drop out from monster when u do that and can use it to buy stuff~~

Your sickly best friend which u miraculous heal with the power of the book, she pretty nice and is one of the potential gf if u r playing the boy character.

The princess of your kingdom + her neko, She's also a potential bf for male character (but this girl was so in love with the other prince, so it's kinda eh~ when she suddenly fall in love with 'u')

Some Scene from the game AND various picture of the character jumping around slamming/attacking with the book on people/monster/stuff hahaha well she/he is code scanning people mah~~ do that u can get code from the target then can alter it as u wish, main purpose it want to get those code to make weapon lah, different code result in different weapon, u get the recipe of the weapon throughout the game. U cannot make the weapon even though u go search for the code from the spoiler without getting the recipe (tablet) first.

めっちゃ! 太鼓の達人DS 7つの島の大冒険

This is the second Taigo game for DS, and yesh am playing it along with the first one, mah sick of the song in one can go to another mah, i have unlock quite a few hidden song in this as well hahaha~ and there's more song i like in this version hehe~ my fav is Brave sword, brave soul from the soulcalibur 2 (yesh such an otaku choice of fav song hahaha but aiyah i used to play this game called "Namco x Capcom" on my cousin ps2 mah, don't really know what's the story about since it's japanese haha, it's very interesting, have character from street fighters, Xenosaga etc, u can go wiki the list of character if u want hehe~ gather in one world and everytime it's the certain character turn, it will switch to that character game theme/most popular song~ it is the parallel world, parallel time setting hence character in different 'world' can be in one game, and that "brave sword, brave heart" is one of the song mah~ oops keluar topic and start intoduce Namco x Capcom~)

The playing style is same as the first but this time it add in a story mode where u have to defeat the dojo master in each island, there's specific requirement for that but the hardest requirement for me is to get 80 perfect hit... >__<>J-pop

太鼓の達人DS

During the busiest time of the semester, i always tend to escape the reality and go play like crazy =_= lucky am not a terrible addict yet and still manage to get some studies and homework done.... I have this game download and store inside my external hard drive for a while. On Thursday night i dunno why randomly feel like wanna play some game and go put it into my SD card for my DS and been spending whole Thursday night and Friday afternoon playing it....

Part of the reason why it's a bit addictive it's because it's not a hard game, can easily clear the beginner level with a full combo. The game is in Japanese, it's okay if u doesn't know how to read japanese, still can play the game, there's no barrier in language when it comes to game like this.

For DS u have the option of using the controller or the stylus for the touchscreen. I choose controller cos it's easier and i lazy go dig out my extra stylus for the game. There are several hidden song that can only be unlock after u fulfilled some requirement which i dunno what. So far i have unlock quite a few, dunno how and don't care hehe~ There's a level called "oni' that can be unlocked when u clear the hard level but don't think i wanna play till there lah, i bet am sick with the song edi before reaching there~

Avalon Code

Okay i started holiday before the real break actually started since i know there's hell lot's of work that i have been procrastinated till then that need to be done

yea moi been stuck with this game since Sunday playing non stop there~ me been pile up a whole pile of wanna play but belum play game and also whole pile of half play game (getting bored or stuck so stop playing)

Avalon code is another RPG game. The main character depend on whether u choose to be boy or girl, in my case i choose girl since i know there's a bit 'pikat' guys part hahaha why would i chase gal, am not lesbian eh~ but then again as far as i see there's more len lui eh!! what happen to handsome? (some idiot been dreaming in the game world)

The game so far quite interesting and kinda hard, i have die N times edi hahaha, no problem it seems hehe ~ won't game over, it also seems like i can die infinited time (very good for louya player such as me hahaha) The story began as that the world is coming to an end, and you have been selected to make a record of everything worth keeping in the Book of Prophecy. Almost everything you encounter in the game can be recorded, including people, monsters, items, weapons, and flowers. The idea is your journal will be used as a reference when the new world is created.



Eh, the girl/boy just kinda accept her/his fate like that, sooo inhumanm, i mean normal people will think "siao lang ah, like i will be the chosen one suddenly". Most of the time the story do tell me where to go next very clearly and can touch ? button and the spirit (got 4 of them, were there to guide u) will help you up a bit. The map (super essential for adventure game) is crap, didn't really help you much with the direction lah! All u can see is monster rushing to u =_=||

You record the thing (anything, can be human, monster, flowers, food, items etc) by slam on them and you can mess with their attributes. (the reason why the game is called Avalon Code) Everything in this world has "codes," which are characteristics the book can add or remove to its entries. For instance, you might encounter a really tough monster. Once you've copied its data into the book you can add an illness code that will drastically reduce its health or remove whatever characteristic that make it so darn hard to kill. But there's is limit lah ie "can only hold four code in reserve, so you'll often need to do some rearranging with the various characters and items in your Book of Prophecy. Each entry can also only hold a certain amount of codes, although this will be increased over time. Finally, codes come in different shapes and sizes, and getting them to fit on an entry is a puzzle game in itself."

Oo and they didn't explain what each code for, some are obvious, but some like dog, cat, fish WTH!! by putting them with certain code will give certain type of characteristic lah but since it didn't tell you, will have to discover it yourself randomly~

Well anywhere, speaking of game here, there's a lot of game that i wanted to DL but they r only available in japanese!! noo~ why~~~ and finding a chinese translate one to dl is quite hard and mafan too as it often require me to dl another download tools and me very unwilling to do so~ well okay lah be happy with what i got edi~~ but ah i wanna play game such as the one below: (sth about world come to end again it seems hahaha)

聖剣伝説DS チルドレン　オブ　マナ

This game is more commonly known as Children of mana since that's how the english version call it. The graphic is pretty but sadly there's no voice, mah consider it's 2006 game hehe~ the touch screen function that DS have is not used much throughout the game, especially for the battle like the typical RPG game.


I won't said the game is extremely interesting as the story is really just soso but it's simple to play hence good for killing some of the boring time and doesn't stress u up like some of the game. (ah~ if the game is too hard to play it stress people up cos we wanna win it) Like any other RPG game u have to fight many monster till you finally defeat the final box of the chapter before the story can process and it the fighting little monster part that will eventually bored me (as usual) and when that happen i will just stop playing it for a while. (which is why it took me sooo long before i finish off the game) The only problem for me is after i stop for a while~ like 1 month, i forgot where i stop~ hence a bit clueless when i start playing again hehehe~

There's are 4 character that u can choose to play, i choose Ferrick, but half way through the story i was a bit regret cos i kinda like Tamber too hehe but oh well i prefer to fight with sword, which is the weapon of choice for ferrick. But that doesn't mean i can only use sword throughout the game. The subquest in the story have a slight different depend on which character you choose.

The game have multiplayer mode where you can ask your friend to join and help you defeat the tough monster, i didn't try out that cos it's uneccesary + i read that " The multiplayer mode does not allow the players to save their progress in the game while playing in it, although experience and items received can be saved later after leaving the multiplayer party. The player hosting the session is able to keep the progress data after multiplayer is finished and can continue the story onwards; however, the other players will find themselves back where they started in their own games, with only the additional stats and items gained while playing multiplayer. Items directly related to the story, such as weapons like the flail and hammer, cannot be obtained by anyone but the host. There are, however, a few items that can only be obtained as bonuses by playing through stages using this mode."

Overall, it's still a good game to play~
