Rubbish

I was making myself a cup of Milo just now and while i was waiting for the water to boil, i was staring at the rubbish bin.... Vanya, Hisham, my cousins and my mum have heard a lot from me complaining about rubbish problem in my house and how fed up i am to be somebody 'mummy' or 'kakak', @#$% betul! everyone in this household is at least 20 and over and seriously why would u wanna get nag by someone similar or younger than ur age to do this and that when those stuff are common sense and any reasonable person would know and do it!

Really how hard is it for a 20+ years old person who mentality status fit enough to enter an university to pull a plastic bag up, tie it, carry it and bring it out? not to mention distance to big bin from kitchen is less than 10 meter.
This is how the rubbish bin looks like now~ been like that since last friday, it's already in a state that i can't even pull the plastic bag up without having to use hand to clear the top part into another bag. After i told them not to leave recycle items on floor for more than 2 days this is what we got everything goes in the bin just because they don't wanna walk out, u can see the can, the box and the yogurt container are recyclable item. The milk bottle and that box on the floor only appear today, not yet 48 hrs... let see if it's stay there or what... This really remind me of the public big rubbish bin in market or supermarket.... these people should really thanks god we r in winter now or something bound to be rotting inside there and releasing 'nice' smelling gas by now.

Why do i complain so much here when i didn't throw that out? i simply don't want! why would i when non of the item there contribute to me and when i already throw 70% of the rubbish on their behalf before that. Beside, that one just by the look already give me headache, am not in the mood to be nice person right now. Believe me, this pic is not showing the worst... there used to be even worst where the rubbish bin look like that and there's still few bags around the bins with some spilling out + bottles and cans everywhere~

It's COLD!!!!

Dunno why... me been staying in the same room whole day, daytime okay lah it's sunny and i open up my blind to allow lot's of sunshine in my room but starting from 8 sth jst now, me been feeling very very cold..... it's 8 degree outside yesh but been like that whole week boh~ why tonight esp cold ah~ is it cos today day time quite ok temp so when night temp is below 10 degree me feel like am in the fridge?

Duvet02 is currently out serving me.... last year he only come out in winter... just prove how different was last year winter with this year's one. People who been to my bedroom or heard me talk about 'him' (not a 'her' cos am not lesb and yesh am deeply in love with 'him', cuddle up in it whole day nowadays~ 'he's' so cozy~) probably know~ i have 2 duvet, serve me since my day 1 in NZ. Parent and sister got it from Warehouse~ Duvet01 is summer one, though in Aus summer u never wanna use it. Duvet02 is autumn one (i don't really feel different nowadays... maybe old edi need replacement??) anyhow, Duvet01 and Duvet 02 combine together like power ranger punya robot (got a button that clip them together) become Winter. Never bother to do so in Aus cos many of u would know weather in Aus is like Stepmother punya mood... change very fast... some night u would feel just right with Duvet 01 or 02 but other night u need them together~

Dunno why am i ending up writing this hahaha but oh well~ back to shivering in my 'lover's' embrace~

Shopping is cheap addiction?

Saw this headline in Mx (those free newspaper u pick up in train station at city).

The only time shopping is cheap addiction is when u can't find something to buy, but then didn't buy anything still can call 'shopping' meh?According to the articles mention Gen Yers (aka us) appear to happy to shop offen (shopaholic lah in other word) but also keen to seek bargain (ie price sensitive cos we r poor~ so sad passionate shopper but didn't have $ to spend~) This definitely apply to me, esp this year hahaha (and Vanya too)

When i first come to melb, i hardly buy any clothes and even if i did, almost all of them are under $30... this has changed over the years... am no longer converting (mati lol~) Good thing all the stuff i buy are still under $50. Over $50 is like Rm130 sth man, we can buy good quality branded stuff edi back in Malaysia. (stuff from G2000, padini etc) The only thing that worth more than $50 are generally electronic stuff like my hard drive, MP3, printer etc~ and those r reasonable spending lah, not like i buy them every year or what and they last for years too~ but that's still a lot of spending in overall >_< (oh forgot to mention my skincare also expensive stuff but most of them i stock up from malaysia so still ok~)

Is VIP day/night season again~ aka time to waste $$. I just went down to city to check out Melbourne Central VIP day after my tutorial end at 1pm, managed to catch an express train to city (yea! 20 minutes journey become 10mins~) Lucky for me, winter clothes are generally expensive, even after the exclusive discount, most of them are over $50. The price put off my desire haha~ but gosh, Esprit's new puffa jacket so colorful and nice (very comfortable and warm and it's worth buying) ~ but no $ and i don't need it~ Love that pink one with fur~ but in aus the brown and white one down there is better cos the neck part can help u block away the cold wind (the reason why winter feel so cold despite no snow)

Was looking for a winter jacket for my mama and aiyah what she want is very simple, but leh, very hard to find one that meet her requirement these days.... She looking for a very ordinary jacket like the one u can find form Roxy, Billabong, Converse etc BUT she don't want any big writing or drawing on it... very small logo is acceptable... also don't want too fashionable one cos she only wear it once in a while when she go vacation on a 4 season country and must be under $100. ( i pull up the budget cos i think she deserve good clothing + also make it easier for me to find)

Now u tell me, where can find one like that boh~ winter jacket esp the one that fit her description is worth investing, cos can wear for years, and all the brand i can think off all obsess with having big logo or printing on it~ got one lah, my Fila jacket which i got for $20 but that jacket ah if during very cold day ie max temp 15, it's not enough~ need another layer outside or a jumper inside~ Country Road also got similar one with my Fila, and that one even nice, 100% no writing (my fila got small logo said Fila at a corner, silver colour not very visible) but CR one cost like $70 if no mistake. Why spend so much buy one jacket which similar to my $20 one and also not warm enough deh? haiyah, always like this, when desperately shop for something u can never get the one u want. Now am thinking of Katmandu or go DFO see if got anything good on sale~ My mum actually bought one Navy blue jacket when she come to melb with me on Feb, billabong i think, got a big logo (no writing) she was ok with it until she go home and think don't want lah... so now that jacket is temporary belong to me (reserved), if i can't find one, i will ask just ask her to stick with that one! WAH seriously keluar topic (tak apa still shopping mah~)

Today i got myself sth from Kikki + 3 books from boarders for $35 sth (40% off) *kaching* + many more $$ to foods and drinks.... then i manage to squeeze into a peak hour train, even got myself a seat and it's another express train!! Train speed during peak hour also much faster~ Next week is Chadstone VIP.... good excused to ask friend to go out hehehe~ I just spend $50 on clothes last week in Southland so my desire to buy something pretty much been satisfied unlikely to spend much (i predict if i go i will waste $ on food again~ Boost juice!) Vanya... umm dunno what got into her this sem, her limit been rising~ i kinda suspect anything below $100 is ok for her seeing how she spend on her last 3 dress (which i scold her for not wearing, her excuses - it's winter... well sorta true.... those dress r kinda spring/summer~ but at least wear once mah~)

Conclusion: siapa kata it's cheap addiction boh?? if it's cheap then why $$ in bank account decrease only~ It's a guilty pleasure i admit~ make a girl like me happy~ :P

First of all, i must said that our prime minister is truly an honest dude, openly bribe us~ much better than some pretentious politician. But leh dear PM Rejang park as far as i know, don't flood lah, it's not anywhere near the river some more... It's called Rejang park yesh but it's not next to rejang river lah~ oh well after all this, PM i do believe u know sibu now and will dream about sibu now~

It's official, DAP won!

Well most of us will know by now (from all those fb status update that keep spamming the news feed) that DAP has won the recent sibu by election and Wong Ho leng is now the new member of the Parliament.

Tonight has been a long night for all of us who so gebo and wanting to know the result first handed. There had been a lot of delayed on the announcement of the result for whatever reason it is, it jst make all of us who don't really care about who winning this by-election end up wishing DAP winning. Fb become twitter for a night~ and almost 80% sibuan had update their fb status with words like "DAP win!!" by now~

That was fun hehehe~ i have never pay so much attention to an election before like this, now back to reality, i need to go to bed! #$%@ SPR if BN is to win, we wouldn't have so much delay, waste my time waiting for result! (ok lah am gebo as well there but don't wanna wake till tomorrow morning to see the result when everyone knew edi...)

Ahem... for non-Malaysian + u r female in/have been in aus/nz (or any other male who knew), my libra here is not this libra~ and I know i shud have use this logo instead of the rocket one since they now united together as one big opposition party against BN, but Wong ho leng (the candidate) still rocket one + libra vs rocket sound nicer muahaha

So, tomorrow finally The Day for the by election in my hometown, Sibu, so who will you vote and who do u think will win?

For be information: we had by-election because of the death of Robert lau which i had posted about few weeks ago. Now need someone to replace his position.

Sibu has suddenly become so popular nationwide with tv and newspaper everyday sibu sibu and al the big people like our PM (najib), chief PM (forgot name), former chief PM (anwar), Lim kit siong etc all pop up delivering speach here and there~ it's been years since i last experience election mood, u know all those echo of someone giving speech in some open space somewhere near my house~

Frankly, i don't really care about the result, am another one of the people who don't really give a darn about politic really~ get so used of BN and that white hair ruling like my whole life hahaha~ the only think i know is Election is good. Whenever election come, our complain get solve like really within 24 hours... one very good example is my dad call up smc about a lubang on the road during last election, the next day whole troop of worker show up and we got a nicely new tarred road.

And this election even better as it's getting nationwide attention, our tax $ that had gone MIA, well part of them suddenly come back with all the donation to chinese school, churches etc My mum mention that last few days the streamyx line sucks, can even open a page. On thur, the boss of the company that my cousin work in had 'forced' their employee go listen to Najib speech and during the Q and A time, one person asked: why the internet darn slow now? can't even surf! and then suddenly on friday our streamyx work really well, like a proper broadband. See how nice is the election? I bet ur No xxx time dialing the complain number to TmNet won't even give such a result.

Anyhow, my baba is out tonight joining the crowd, not everyday we got such event in the town mah~ somemore get to see najib and anwar leh~ the icon we see on tv and newspaper almost everyday if u follow malaysia mass-media~ but my family not involve in this election cos apparently we r lanang devision pula~

Browsing around You tube aimlessly and i found him~ Although he's not handsome and he's fat but admit it lah even girl cannot sing such high pitch and nice like him, also never mind his weird sense of fashion, i know, he do look like some character you would expected to encounter when you play FF~

Anyhow, am not fan of this soprano, i still prefer listening to soprano or tenor singing hehe~ but oh well, there's very few male in this world able to be soprano lah~ those people make us feel like slapping them for singing better than us (the girl) hahaha~ esp the very rare natural one

Protest in Thai seems like a never ending one, not gonna comment much about it since i rarely read the news and if you are in Australia before then you should know how self-center this country is with most of the news headline whether on net or phone been their own country news, with occasional world's news making the headline if it's big one. Beside am not thai + never really understand much about how's thing run there so better stay away from other people country politic hehe~ i don't even know about my own country politic nowadays man~ so really not in the position to say anything except that have to agree with Be and dislike those Red t people for causing inconvenient to Be's live!

Just happen to saw the news about Red shirt that block train services in Bangkok our of random today when i was bored in lecture and click on my 3 for news~ coincident encounter which remind me, oh yeah, what happen to that protest thing? So i text Be and asked if she's ok~ Me and Be still keeping in touch but we rarely talk about politic and stuff since it's not our thing plus takkan long time no chat and we talk about politic pula~ of cos we will be gossiping and bad mouth someone we 'hate' recently hahaha~

Left 4 dead

no, am not talking about this Left 4 dead

am talking about the video release by US police on how people been walking pass a man dying on the street path without doing anything. Check out the news from Yahoo! 7 and they even give u an explanation from psychology that called Bystander effect... which kinda explain why the man in Clayton was ignored when so many people was on the spot when it happen... as for the video, that women who get mugged, shame on her, people get stab from helping and she did nothing for her saver?

This is hard... should we help people or should we be one of the bystander when we r in that situation. When talking i bet everyone of us here would like me, said how disgusting it is for just look at it happen and do nothing, how if we r in that position, imagine other did this to us too yada yada but truly how many of us really would have help....

Ps: there's a women body found in springvale the other day, yale yale so many bodies in my surrounding suburb... but anyway that's not the point lah, am just thinking ang mo really respect people privacy ah... they report on incident like this for maybe one or two days, just briefly,and that's it, no further follow up report on who's the person, interview with the victim family, police investigation etc

If it's Asian newspaper, cincai lah, a news on a unknown body found floating on river ah, for that whole week the newspaper sure got a page of news, full coverage on it, enclose with picture of the victim of all size. (if identity is known edi then prob the person passport pic will be on too) Picture from the scene to picture of the victim family cry to death all will be on.... the news also cover the person bibliography, like how many family member, what he do etc

If we r the victim or the family position we also don't like that much publicity lah but for reader point of view.... our newspaper r much more 'excited?' to read~

Had to say i agree with this guy, dunno why are they really pouring $ trying to find alien boh when they can't even save the earth and what do they expect alien would do when they actually show up? help them save the earth ah? human are an arrogant being that subconsciously they still think that the world revolve around us~

Man stabbed to death at Clayton Railway Station

Now, that's one of the news that more related to my life and this add another reason why i don't really like Clayton station and seldom go there. The place is around 5 minutes drive from my place~ not that near and not very far away too~

Who said walk alone in dark or in big crowded place very dangerous , walk in broad day light in semi-crowded area also dangerous, i wouldn't blame people for not doing anything when he's lying there since given the same situation (where you probably didn't saw the whole thing happen) and your peak hour train is coming and sure u will running toward the rain rather than stand there and see why the man lied there (cos who know he might be intoxicated just like how that guy in the news said) but i do agreed it's disgusting for those who stand there watching the whole time, looking at him dying and do nothing, yuck! what are those people thinking?

Btw, the news also said big storm, lighting, hail swipe southeast suburb last night, i live in southeast alright but only see few drops of rain + very flashy lighting only~ thanks god for that, i already feel depress and meh~ for having to go out in dark to sit a mid term test from 8pm - 9.30pm, flashy lighting is not helping~ good thing we don't stay at places like peninsula, pretty kampung place yesh but seems like have pretty bad luck with flood~ Melbourne suburb after the sun goes down is like a death city. All the house seems dark as if everyone slept as soon as the sun go down, the street is dark and empty, rarely got a car went pass, good thing i stay off the one of the main big road, at least it's bright and cars and bus drove pass in regular basic.

Datuk Robert Lau passed away~ RIP...

We really ARE getting old, people we used to know and always seen on the news or TV are one by one passing away for various reasons.... 岁月不留人~

For BE: No he's not my relative or sth, but every Sibu people (as long as they r not v.young or ignorance know this person). He was our Sibu Municipal Council president for very long period (1999-2004) i think, kinda like my whole student life when i start read newspaper he was there, newspaper used to be nice to read since he's on it everyday, i later used to complain nowadays nothing nice to read ah since he went in parliament... later he went in the parliament and represent our state/division in the parliament or sth. (correct me if am wrong)

Besides that, the audit firm that i work last holiday, well it's partly owned by him, all the finalize i had done is for Lau Hoi Chew and Co, aka him~ except a few for my boss, Lau & Ling. Anyway back to this man, the Sibu we now have, all the changes esp the road and trees in the middle of the road, are caused of him, that's how much influence he had on my town nah~ a VIP in our place~ oh and he passed away from cancer. He had family histories of cancer (according to my mum) as few of his sibling die from cancer too.

Not feeling sad or anything, just sighing~ on how things had changes, 以前那么的理所当然的事都变得如此难得不可求的~ things will continue to changes even if we don't like it... grandparents (mother side one) that are closed to me already passed away, father side (my grandma still there) but cos am not closed to her i don't really feel much but i wonder how it is for those of u who still have your grandparents around, and are closed to u feel whenever u see people dying cos of age or illness or when u went home and see how old/weak they had gotten?

When my mother side grandparents passed away, i don't feel particular sad somehow. Dunno is is cos am still primary student or i was more optimism back then thinking at least they did not die in great pain and can now rest in peace in Fathers place. Feeling lonely sometime without them or unable to talk to them of cos but i wonder how's thing will be different if it happen now? esp am so much sentimental this days, easily getting depress or sad on very small things even if am telling myself stop crying over small things or without any particular reasons. (and they r really small things hahaha u will all shake head if you heard the reason of the most recent incident of me dropping tears in public, me also embarrassed but just can't help it hahaha family are the only persons i can easily be a crybaby in the world). I know most of you never saw me crying before even if you been my classmate or live with me for long time or what, the only tears you ever saw are the one 'laugh till tears come out' type.

VIP night Chadstone (17.03.10)

Half months ago deh updates~ Anyways, went to the VIP's day in Chadstone with Vanya, Emily and Emily's housemate (little boy who i forgot the name edi since they all refer him as 小弟 aka little bro). Anyhow, for those of you who don't know what is VIP's day, no it's not very important people punya event, it's simply a name come out by shopping center for the event their held 3-4 times a year. On the VIP's day, u get discount from 10%-50% on EVERYTHING (including new season stock) on that day when u buy something. Some branded shop punya offer is like get $50 off when u spend $250! (siao lah as if i got that much $). The event is organized by the individual shopping mall on the day of their choice, usually Wednesday when they also extend their business time that day to 11pm or 12am, so when i said Chadstone VIP's night, only Chadstone shopping center had that event that night lah and not every shop participate in the event lah but Majority are so it's The time to shop if you have sth u wanna buy or u simply wanna 'waste' $.

In me and Vanya case, we craved to shop that time for some unknown reason. Even now we have to lock ourselves at home to avoid spending too much~ So VIP's night is the chance, can buy sth on discount price~ Umm... dunno is it fortunate or unfortunate lah, too many people go along so didn't really finish shop around the whole mall, and it's a bit of the situation wanna spend $ but cannot spend. I was prepared to throw some $200 out to get myself a nice boot but leh... can't find one i like or suit me~ the tragedy of people with fat leg T_T So i end up spend $30 for a nice pair of Esprit jeans pula hahaha

Oh u all know Crocs shoes right? (neh those big sandal thing that everyone, literally everyone, from baby to ah mu ah pek all wearing it, duno how many of them wear original deh lah), they have those expensive accessories to pin on the shoes for unique sense of fashion kinda thing, well now Havanas flip flop also got! i gila that time pour in $6 on a little lady bug which i still dunno where i wanna pin on my flip flop hahaha but it's soo cute, i don't regret buying it (got discount mah~)

Spend whole night eat and help that little boy find clothes. In some ways i must said he's another rich Chinese brat, i can never shop like him man but he's not the worst one lah, i see more rich people there, buy Couch bags like it's some $10 stuff, gila~ there's really are a lot of rich people ah~

Anyway, beside shopping, it's also happen to be the L'oreal fashion sth sth in Melbourne that time and that week happen to be Chadstone turn to organize event so they have fashion show~ They hire a sexy female DJ, love her earphone~
but leh i dunno what is she for, she sendiri very hi, dancing there when the music are not nice at all and during the main event, all the music control by the guys behind, she's just a 'vase' lah~ and the show begin~ Dunno why o, those female model all like clone to me, all have same figure, same face features and all tie their hair in same ponytail before the show~ so model requirement in ang mo world got standard bar deh ah~ Since they are just model for 'local' event, they r not Top model lah so for those of u watch too much Top model, they are not as 'perfect' and personally i think i saw more lenzai, len lui on the street.... let's just said those model are not my cup of tea~ (and am not their's too prob hahaha) Okay from the pic u can sort of tell, this winter/autumn punya clothes all kinda gloomy, many black~ got few colorful one too lah but didn't snap pic, fashion here is one season slower, u know the leader r Europe and Jap and they now all spring/summer edi

Since am girl, i care more what the girl wear till suddenly notice eh i didn't snap pic of the guy so i hurry snap a few~
umm these guy sure look like one of the man on the train during peak hour, nothing special about them~ but not bad lah~
this one the charming one :) cos he smile~ he looks so charming with that smile hahaha

The only thing that annoyed me is the African on my left side and the Honkies on my right side, esp the right side! u come late ur own problem why keep squeeze people, and aiyah it's Kelvin the 娘炮 that used to be in my management class until i change the tute cos cannot tahan 2 娘炮 gossiping in class, annoying! Not trying to be discriminate this type of guy who are very sissy, but leh that 2 annoyed me as in they do their 'women' talk in our class time, not interested in ur gossip thank you, and now add this, he keep push me annoyed me a lot. That's why i hate crowded place! some people can be soooo rude and freaking annoying!

Happy April Fool

Having an good April fool? for me it's just another day to sleep in + nap again (gosh! whole day gone by sleeping~ )

Anyway got some doggy funny photo to share.
