Well it was one of the random afternoon when i went to Caulfield to attend my lecture when i saw this. (once again sorry for the quality of the photo, nothing good come out when zoom the phone camera too much)
Anyway, Be might be able to recognize that some event held by police. Yes the police, apparently the Victorian police is having a small concert at our campus. There's the whole band playig under the tank, and there was a policeman or policewomen singing as well. The music are Jazz, am not of fan of such music though~ but it's quite good.
Am curious, what the hell the police doing? don't they have other more important job? or is this country way too peaceful that they have a lot of time sending alert sms on extreme weather, be careful with fire and also come doing their singk section in our campus uder the hot weather? But in some way showing their police are more community friendly? Those kanasai police in our country would never do such thing.
